By creating an account, clicking “I agree”, or using clawman (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and the Service-Level terms below (together, the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
clawman lets you create and operate AI agents that chat with you and people you choose (including over web and messaging channels). The Service, including all AI-generated output, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for everyone you allow to interact with your agents, including your own customers and end users.
You agree not to use the Service to do, facilitate, or enable anything unlawful, and not to use it for any criminal purpose. Without limiting that, you will not use the Service to: break any applicable law or regulation; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; generate or distribute malware, fraud, spam, or phishing; harass, threaten, defame, or harm others; produce sexual content involving minors or non-consensual content; facilitate violence, weapons, or terrorism; or attempt to breach, probe, overload, or circumvent the Service’s security, access controls, or usage limits.
You are solely responsible for the content you and your users submit to and generate with your agents, and for the consequences of how you and your users use the Service.
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or offensive, and may not reflect current information. It is not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). You are responsible for reviewing and verifying output before relying on it or acting on it, and for any decision you or your users make using the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. clawman does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that any output will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, clawman, its creators, owners, operators, contributors, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to clawman for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50).
clawman is a platform that provides tools. We do not monitor, and are not responsible or liable for, how you or any of your users operate agents or what they do with the Service, including any unlawful, harmful, or criminal activity. Any such activity is solely the responsibility of the person who engaged in it. We may, but are not obligated to, investigate or take action on reported misuse.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless clawman and its creators, owners, operators, contributors, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, your users’ conduct, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for suspected violation of these Terms, suspected unlawful activity, non-payment, or to protect the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 4–9, 11, and 12) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and ask you to agree again before continuing to use the Service. Your continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at clawman’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there, except where prohibited by law. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
These terms describe the level of service we provide. They are part of, and subject to, the Terms of Use above.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, failures, or events outside our control. It is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee.
We may perform maintenance or deploy changes at any time, which may cause temporary interruption. Where practical we try to minimize disruption, but advance notice is not guaranteed.
The Service relies on third parties, including AI model providers, messaging platforms (such as Telegram), payment processors, and hosting providers. We are not responsible or liable for their availability, performance, changes, pricing, or actions, or for outages or data loss caused by them.
Support is provided on a best-effort basis through the channels we make available. We do not guarantee response or resolution times.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important. The Service offers self-serve export of your conversations and your agent’s data — use it regularly. We are not liable for loss, corruption, or deletion of data.
Prepaid credits and subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Downtime, interruptions, or dissatisfaction with AI output do not entitle you to a refund or service credit. Prices and rates may change; changes apply going forward.
